Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey completed October 20, 2022, Arcadia Home Care & Staffing was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced on-site complaint investigation survey completed on August 2, 2022.
